Braised Rabbit Meat
1.
Step 1: Defrost the purchased quick-frozen rabbit meat in water, cut into small pieces, slice red and green peppers, slice ginger, smash garlic, and put on a plate for later use.
2.
Step 2: Boil a pot of water, blanch the cut rabbit meat in the pot, pick up and rinse with warm water
3.
Step 3: Put a proper amount of cooking oil in the pot, add pepper, red pepper, and star anise when it is 70% hot, stir-fry the aroma, then add the ginger, continue to stir-fry the aroma, and then pour the rabbit meat.
4.
Step 4: Stir fry the rabbit meat while adding salt and a little white wine, soy sauce.
5.
Step 5: Pour clean water into the pot (do not submerge the rabbit meat after adding it at once) and put the cinnamon into the pot
6.
Step 6: When the boiled meat is rotten, add the red peppers and green peppers, stir-fry for a while, and then serve.
7.
The meat made from fresh rabbit meat should be more tender. The taste of frozen rabbit meat is a little bit worse.
Tips:
Don't cut rabbit meat too fast, otherwise it won't be easy to taste.
