Braised Razor Clams with Octagonal Melon

For fresh octagonal melons, remember that the skin must be peeled clean, there should be no green skin, green skin will have a bitter taste.

The old razor clams are not easy to clean, so I soaked them in a vegetable and fruit cleaner for five minutes. If you don’t have the family, you can add salt water and then the two iron basins can be turned up and down quickly, which can be cleaned.
