Braised Ribs

1. Finely cut small rows, rinse and blanch in cold water\n

2. After blanching, drain the water and set aside

3. Prepare the materials

4. Pour in the right amount of cooking oil, add rock sugar, and fry the red bubbling

5. Add ribs, stir fry over high heat and evenly color

6. Add the right amount of soy sauce and light soy sauce

7. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, chili pepper and stir fry
