Braised Salmon Steak
1.
Spread some salt on both sides of the salmon steak
2.
After heating the pan, add a little cooking oil, add garlic cloves, and roast the scallion until fragrant. Put the salmon into a barbecue pan and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Then add tomato sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry the tomato sauce slightly, add water, and bring to a boil. Boil the salmon for 2 minutes on each side. There is no need to thicken, and the soup will naturally thicken.
3.
Put the juiced salmon on the lettuce and serve with rice or noodles
Tips:
Because of the high oil content of Atlantic salmon, it only needs a small amount of oil to fry. Because the fish is easy to over-burn, time control is very important. The salmon should be slightly thicker, about 3 cm thick slices.
