Braised Sea Cucumber

Dried magnolia slices are soaked in warm water (the instructions say that they should be soaked for 10 hours, and fresh magnolia slices can also be used).

Wash the magnolia slices.

Peel the carrots and cut into diagonal slices.
4.
Cut the scallions into sections and shred the ginger (I don’t have any scallions in my house and have to replace them with the scallions grown at home).
5.
Wash the sea cucumber and cut the sand into sections.
6.
Add oil to the pot and saute the scallions and ginger.
7.
Add carrot slices and stir fry.
8.
Add magnolia slices and fry until the carrots become soft.
9.
Add the sea cucumber and seasoning and stir well.
10.
ok Braised sea cucumber is out of the pot!
