Braised Small Yellow Croaker

Soak the dried small yellow croaker in warm water for 1-2 hours in advance, and then clean it up. Drain the water and set aside.

Slice ginger, peel garlic, wash and slice. Dried peppers are washed and drained.

Clean the pot, turn on high heat and heat, pour in corn oil. After the oil is warm, pour in garlic slices, ginger slices, and dried chili, stir fry a few times, and sauté.

Tips:
1. Dried small yellow croaker is salty and salty. So it needs to be soaked in advance. 2. There is no need to add additional salt for seasoning.
