Braised Stone Flounder

Wash the plaice, make a few strokes, and taste with salt. Shred the green onion ginger garlic and set aside.

Heat up the pot and pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil.

The oil is about 50% hot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add the flounder to fry, continuously pour the base oil on the fish.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Fry the fish approximately in shape, pour boiling water over the fish body, and add a few small peppers to taste.
7.
Cook for about 20 minutes, then collect the juice.
8.
Plate.
Tips:
1. If there is mucus on the fish, wash it with salt.
2. Stew fish with boiling water to remove the fishy smell.
