Braised Tofu with Brown Calamari

Drain the water after the fish is cleaned.

Put a small amount of oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices, garlic and peppercorns to explode the aroma.

Reduce the heat, add the fish and fry for about 2 minutes.

Turn it over and continue frying.

Add the cooking wine and light soy sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a minute.

Add tofu and water and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add salt, sprinkle a little pepper, and then put on the green onions. Open the lid and cook for a while and then start the pot.
Tips:
1. This dish is already delicious, no need to add chicken essence or MSG to make it fresh.
2. Add tofu and simmer over low heat, the tofu will taste tender.
