Braised Tofu with Carassius and Bailing Mushroom

Sliced green onion and ginger

Remove the scales, fins, internal organs, head and wash the crucian carp

Tofu diced

Break the Bailing Mushroom and wash

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add the crucian carp, fry it on a low heat, then turn it over and fry the other side

Put green onion and ginger in a casserole

Put Bailing Mushrooms on it

Put the fried crucian carp on top of the Bailing mushroom

Submerge the crucian carp in boiling water and bring to a boil

Bring to a boil, add the tofu, add some salt, and bring to a boil

Until the milky white soup is simmered, turn off the heat
