Braised Tofu with Chicken Head and Rice

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash the soft tofu and cut into small pieces.

Cut green onions into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu cubes, and fry until slightly yellowed.

Then pour in the washed chicken head rice and stir-fry gently.

Add about 100ml of water and bring to a boil.

Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce to increase freshness. Turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Finally, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, collect the juice over high heat, and then serve.

Tips:
The cooking time of chicken head rice should not be too long, it will become older and older, and the texture will become woody. It can be cooked for about 5-6 minutes.
