Braised Tofu with Yellow Clam

1. Cook the yellow clams and remove their shells for later use.

2. Put the oil in the pot, stir-fry the yellow clams after the oil is hot, pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

3. Add the boxed tofu and stir together.
