Braised Tofu with Yellow Clam

Cook the yellow clams and remove their shells for later use.

Put the oil in the pot, stir-fry the yellow clams after the oil is hot, pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Add the boxed tofu and stir together.

Add salt, sugar, fresh soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and finally add a handful of green onions, boil and you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
The yellow clam has to be kept in water for a day, and after it spit out the fine sand, it will not have the feeling of sand in its mouth.
