Bran Tacos

Prepare the ingredients used. (Carrots are steamed and eaten with cakes)

Mix the cornmeal, bran and flour together.

Then add water.

Add fine salt to adjust the taste.

Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil, and put a spoonful of batter into the pan. Fry until cooked on both sides, and then set aside.

After the dough is fried, the eggs are broken up, and the same is done to fry them into egg crust.

Tips:
When frying, it is best to use a non-stick pan, so that the heat will be more even and the taste will be better
