Bran Bean Paste

Prepare the bran, flour and yeast of sibe. Mix together

Add water and knead into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size in a warm place

Add water to the red beans and press them in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Add appropriate amount of sugar and 30g of butter and stir-fry, and knead into 50g balls.

Divide it into 7 evenly on the panel, because my steamer can hold 7 in one layer

Take a dough, flatten it, and roll it into a round

Wrap a bean paste, close the mouth, and make a circle with your hands

Put oil paper on the steamer and wake up for 20 minutes

Put the steamer in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Don’t open it when it’s done. Simmer for three to five minutes, then open it again.

Don't open the steamed buns directly, simmer for three to five minutes before opening, so that they won’t shrink when cold
