Wheat Bran Buns

After mixing the self-raising powder and wheat bran, add water and mix well. Add a little bit of water. While adding it, use chopsticks to mix well, and then knead it by hand. (You don’t need self-raising powder, but general high-gluten flour can be used. About 5 grams of dry yeast)

Ferment the mixed noodles in a warm place to double their size (about 1 hour)

Rub the exhaust a little, and then shape it (you can shape it into a round or square according to your preference)

Put it in the steamer (separate distance), wake up for about 15 minutes (without the fire), turn on the fire, and steam for about 20 minutes.
