Bread Salad
1.
Tear the bread by hand and put it in a large salad bowl;
2.
Add extra virgin olive oil;
3.
Add vinegar (grape vinegar, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar will do);
4.
Add sea salt;
5.
Add freshly ground pepper;
6.
Mix well
7.
Add tomatoes and cucumbers cut into small pieces; you can use large tomatoes or cherry tomatoes;
8.
Squeeze in the minced garlic (if you don't like the smell of garlic or are afraid of the breath, you can leave it alone);
9.
Add some vinegar and olive oil and mix well;
10.
Add shredded onion and slightly shredded basil leaves; (onion can also be omitted, but basil must be present, if there is no fresh, you can use dry goods).
11.
Mix well-mix and mix and mix and mix-and mix until the surface of the bread is slightly moist.
12.
Sprinkle some dried fruits at the end. I used pine nuts. Others such as walnuts, peanuts, and raisins are fine.
Tips:
1. This dish is delicious only if the dry bread absorbs some moisture and oil. Vegetables will produce water when they come into contact with salt and vinegar. Mixing well is to let the bread absorb the water and make the bread moist and delicious, so mix more.
2. Adding dried fruits can be more nutritious.
3. There are still several pictures, why can't they be added!
