Breakfast Series--fried Baozi Skin

Squeeze the salted vegetables out of the steamed buns and tear off several buns.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot (I didn't put too much oil, I have to turn it over), after the oil is heated, put in the bun wrappers and fry on medium heat.

Flip and fry until golden on both sides.

The fried buns can be eaten after straining the oil. Served with milk or with a bowl of porridge.
