Broccoli Yam Energy Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients;
2.
Barley needs to be soaked first, I soaked for 4 hours, peeled and washed the iron rod yam;
3.
Put the soaked barley into an electric pressure cooker and put it in clean water. The amount of water is just below the barley. Put the yam on it and use the cooking function; the cooked barley just absorbs all the water;
4.
Broccoli is broken into small flowers, soak in light salt water for about ten minutes, rinse and blanch, put appropriate amount of salt and a little oil in the blanching pot, remove the broccoli and set aside;
5.
Weigh out the yam and broccoli to be used, cut into small pieces, about the size of peanuts;
6.
The cooked barley is weighed and put into the soymilk machine, and the yam and broccoli are put together.
7.
Add cold water to the middle of the 2 hydrological lines;
8.
Put it in the head, I didn’t use the super micro sharpener;
9.
Use the multifunction on the right side of the soymilk machine panel to select the energy soup function, and then press the start button, the soymilk machine starts to work;
10.
The working time of the energy soup is very short, about 5 or 6 minutes. I hear the machine beating repeatedly, then beep, remove the power supply, and lift the machine head;
11.
Pour it into a cup and drink it.
Tips:
You can cook more barley at a time. I divide the cooked barley into several bags and freeze them in the refrigerator, and take them as needed. The energy soup is not a drink, it is used to condition the body. Under normal circumstances, do not add condiments. If it is difficult to accept, you can add a little honey to drink.
