Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare a fresh ribs and ask the seller to help chop it into small pieces when you buy it.

Prepare fresh winter melon and cooked barley.

Wash the ribs in a pot under cold water, add ginger, green onions, cooking wine, and bring to a boil.
