Brown Sugar Triangle

Add yeast and water to flour, knead it into a smooth dough, and ferment.

After the dough has been vented, rub the strips into several portions, making them evenly as possible.

Take the noodles and round them one by one and relax for a few minutes.

Take brown sugar, add some flour, and mix well.

Take the loose dough and roll it out.

Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar mixed with flour.

Pinch into a triangle.

Put it in the steamer and let it go again for ten minutes.

Turn on high heat and steam, and then steam for about 15 minutes after the air is up.
