Cabbage Slices Roasted Belly

Cut the cooked belly into pieces

Wash the cabbage and slice it with a spatula

Wash carrots, peeled and sliced

Heat oil, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add carrot slices and stir fry

Add the cabbage slices and stir fry evenly

Add belly, garlic slices and stir fry

Cooking wine

Add soy sauce, add a little water

Season with salt and sugar, and cook for 1 minute

Tips:
1. After washing the purchased belly, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, tangerine peel, aniseed in water, cook for about 30 minutes, and cook it.
2. You can also leave out carrots.
