A bergamot

Wash the skin with water

Wipe dry with a clean cloth

Cut into even slices

Put in a bowl

Add sugar

Mix well

Put one piece into the bottle

Cover the surface with sugar and seal for 7-10 days

Tips:
The slices should not be too thick, about 2 mm or so, so that they can be marinated.
Cover the surface with sugar to prevent it from being spoiled and moldy in contact with the air. If the pulp is exposed during the curing process, it can be pressed down and submerged in the sugar juice.
