Bergamot Honey Drink

After a few days of fresh bergamot, the water starts to lose, and then it’s ready to be sliced and dried.

The bergamot slices taste light and fragrant but bitter. Soak in a cup of water and use two or three small slices. You can also use boiling water to brew a few more slices, put it below 60 degrees, and add honey according to the taste.
