Canned Peaches in Syrup

Wash and peel the big red peaches.

Cut into small pieces.
3.
Add a little more water to the cherries and add a small handful of rock sugar.
4.
After the high fire is boiled, simmer for about 25 minutes on a low fire, (skim off the foam during the period) and store in a sealed container.
