Caramel Milk Tea

Ceylon black tea with fruit flavor or rose is most suitable for making milk tea, and tea leaves that do not directly use black tea at home can also be used.

Put the sugar in the rice cooker and press the cooking button.

When the temperature rises, the sugar melts slowly. Stir it with a spoon to heat the sugar evenly.

If the pot is too hot, the cooking button will automatically pop up, so don’t worry about the sugar going to fry. Just wait for the sugar juice to turn amber.

Add milk to the pot and cook until slightly boiled.

Add mineral water to the pot and boil, and then continue to boil the tea bag.
