Carrot Seedlings in Sesame Sauce

Wash the radish seedlings. (Keep the roots and don’t remove them)

Put the radish seedlings in boiling water for a little blanching.

Fish out too cold.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the sesame paste and mix thoroughly.
5.
Drain the blanched radish seedlings in a basin, and add the decomposed sesame paste.
6.
Add cooked white sesame seeds and minced red pepper, mix well.
7.
Serve on a plate.
Tips:
Because the soy sauce is added to the sesame paste, there is generally no need to add salt, please adjust according to your own taste.
