Celery Onion Fried Gluten

Wash all the ingredients and set aside.

Tear all the fresh gluten into small strips by hand, and shred the onion and celery.

Put more oil in the pot and add the star anise pepper gluten-stir fry.
4.
Stir-fry until the gluten is discolored and dry, scoop out and set aside.
5.
Add onion in the remaining oil and saute until fragrant.
6.
Then add gluten, sugar, oyster sauce, salt light soy sauce-stir fry.
7.
Add celery, chopped peppers and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Serve out of the pan and serve.
