Chiba Vegetable Stir-fried Tofu

Remove the roots of Chiba vegetables and wash them.

Scoop it out in boiling water for later use.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, sauté ginger garlic, star anise, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add the tofu and chopped purple carrots (carrot flower bottoms) and stir fry for about a minute.
