Chicken Ball Tofu Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the white tofu into small pieces.

2. Chopped green onion and sliced ginger.

3. In the soup pot, put the chicken meatballs after the water is boiled.

4. After boiling for a few times, add tofu cubes and carrot slices.

5. After opening a few more times, add white pepper.

6. Cook for a few minutes, add lard, salt, and light soy sauce.

7. Sprinkle with chopped green onion in a bowl.
