Chicken Drumstick Rice

Put the chicken thighs in the pot and pass the water.

Then set up another stove, put it in a pressure cooker, add green onions, ginger, and water. It will be out of the pot in ten minutes.

Let the cooked chicken drumsticks cool slightly and remove the bones.

Add a little oil, and fry the bone-removed chicken legs in a non-stick pan. The chicken skin side must be fried until golden brown. Don't flip it randomly, otherwise the skin of the chicken will break easily when it is not cut properly. Fry on both sides until golden brown, add two or three rock sugar, a little light soy sauce, and a moderate amount of salt. The fire must be small. It's too big and easy to stick.
