Chinese Wolfberry and Grapefruit Porridge

Prepare rice, wolfberry, honey grapefruit tea.

Soak the wolfberry in warm water, wash and set aside.
3.
Wash the rice and pour it into a sand pot; add some cold water; boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.

Add medlar and rock sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the honey grapefruit tea, boil and remove from heat.
6.
Put it in a bowl and serve warm
Tips:
1. Don't eat grapefruit during the period of taking medicine, it is easy to damage the liver and kidney.
2. People who are catching a cold, fever, inflammation, or diarrhea are best not to eat wolfberry.
3. People with high blood pressure and impatient temperament should not consume wolfberry.
