Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients: 100 grams of basic cream, 40 grams of dark chocolate, 10 grams of milk, 5 grams of brandy

Chopped chocolate chips, sit in hot water, pour milk, stir constantly until completely melted, take out and let cool to room temperature

Pour the basic cream frosting into a large bowl, add the chocolate liquid while whipping, mix well, add the brandy, and whipped evenly.
Tips:
Because there is no rum, brandy is used instead.
When melting the chocolate over water, be careful not to splash water into the bowl and the temperature is not too high.
The basic cream should be returned to room temperature before use.
