Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl

Sitting in hot water, heating up

Pour the basic cream frosting into a large bowl

Tips:
Because there is no rum, brandy is used instead.
When melting the chocolate in water, be careful not to splash water into the bowl and the temperature is not too high
The basic cream should be returned to room temperature before use.
