Wash the fish head (I washed it for me when I bought the fish) to remove the black in the fish belly, rinse it well, and marinate it with 1 teaspoon and a half of salt and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine for about 20 minutes

In a bowl, press the garlic into a mashed garlic, mince 2 slices of ginger, chop the pepper, half a tablespoon of Laoganma soy sauce, steam the fish soy sauce and mix together, mix well

Use ginger slices on the plate and green onions on the bottom

Rinse the marinated fish and spread the chopped pepper evenly on the fish head

Steam in hot water for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the fish head)

Sprinkle the steamed fish with chopped green onion, pour it on the fish with about 3 teaspoons of hot oil, and eat it.

Tips:
The fish head should be large, delicious, and the steaming time should not be too long. The fish meat is easy to get old. The marinated fish should be rinsed so that there is no fishy smell. The seasoning can be added according to your preference.
