Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Clean the fish head, and marinate the fish head with ginger slices, green onions, white pepper, salt, and cooking wine for more than 1 hour. (Apply salt and white pepper to the inside and outside of the fish head)

The chopped peppers are prepared in advance by yourself, weigh out about 40 grams and set aside. (The chopped peppers made by myself are not very salty, they taste very good)

4 garlic cloves, appropriate amount of chives and coriander are chopped, and ginger is shredded.

Mix ginger and minced garlic, pour in cooking wine and steamed fish soy sauce.

Mix into the sauce.

Put the fish head in the plate, and evenly sprinkle the prepared sauce on the head, and evenly visit the shredded ginger and minced garlic (add more shredded ginger at the bottom of the fish head)

Then evenly sprinkle a layer of chopped pepper.

Put the fish heads in the steamer after the water is boiled for 15-20 minutes.

Take out the steamed fish head and sprinkle with chives and coriander.

Put a little less hot oil on the fish head and serve.

Especially fresh and tender, so delicious.
Tips:
The amount of chopped peppers depends on your taste. If you have time, you can marinate more fish heads, the more delicious the better.
