Bo Tsai Cake is one of the local traditional pastries and snacks in Guangdong Province. Bozai cakes can be divided into two categories: old-fashioned bowls cakes and crystal bowls cakes. There were more old-fashioned bozai cakes in the past, but now the most common one is crystal bozai cakes. Its main ingredients are sticky rice noodles and noodles, which are known for their smoothness and deliciousness and rich flavors. You can also use tapioca flour or horseshoe flour instead, I prefer the latter, the taste will be more chewy! "

Coconut Milk and Red Bean Pork Cake

1. Said good porridge cake powder. (It's quicker for a while, 10g more, not a big problem)

2. Add powdered sugar and mix. (If you don’t have powdered sugar, use granulated sugar. If you put granulated sugar, you’ll need to stir and melt in the coconut milk)

3. Use a knife to open the coconut milk (be careful of safety). Two cans are exactly 800ml.

4. Pour the coconut milk while stirring.

5. Sifted.

6. The mixture is thicker, stir it with a spoon to help sifting.

7. Pour into a clean mold. (I poured it nine minutes full, leaving a little space for the red beans)

8. 500g of noodles can make just 20 pieces.

9. Put in canned red beans. (No red bean water)

10. Put on the steaming tray and put it in the steaming box for 15 minutes. (There is no steaming box, it is also possible to use a steamer)

11. My steamer can steam two dishes at a time.

12. So full.

13. After cooling, use a bamboo stick along the edge of the bowl to take it out.

14. What a Q-play.

15. Full of red beans.

16. Can't stop at all ٩😛ི۶
