Coconut Milk Sago

Rinse the green small sago with water

Boil water in a pot on low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. After simmering, put in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Pour out the coconut milk from the coconut and take out the pulp

Wash the coconut meat and take a part

The coconut meat and coconut milk are beaten into a pulp with a wall breaker

Filter out the residue to obtain coconut milk

Place cooked sago on the bottom of the cup

Pour in coconut milk and put some sago on top.
Tips:
I didn't put any sugar, just the sweetness of the fruit and coconut milk itself. If you like sweet, you can put some sugar in it.
