Coconut Milk Sago
1.
Put the green sago and white sago together in a bowl, boil the water in a pot (the water must be more than half a pot), put the sago in and stir constantly (avoid sticking to the pan, the sago is mashed) )
2.
The cooked sago appears to be transparent on the outside and white on the inside. Use a strainer to pour the sago out and wash with cold water. Stir the sticky sago and wash the viscous water away (remember the strainer is a little denser) Otherwise, a lot of sago will flow and it will be wasteful)
3.
Heat up the pot with water, pour the washed sago into the pot, stir continuously with a spoon until the sago is transparent (if the sago is thicker when it is cooked, remember not to add water, keep it) Stir until the sago is cooked) After the sago is cooked, clean it with a strainer and cold water again. If there is a paste on the bottom of the pot, don’t use it, otherwise it will affect the taste
4.
Drain the cleaned sago (by the way, see if there is any sago that is mashed, and you must pick it out, otherwise the sago will taste bad). Put the fresh milk, coconut milk, and sugar in a pot or pot. In the sago, it’s good to boil it over fire again (because many friends drink raw milk and the stomach is not good, so it’s okay to heat up)
5.
After cooling the prepared coconut milk sago dew, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the fresh-keeping room of the refrigerator to keep it fresh for about 3-5 hours (depending on the degree of coldness you like, friends with poor stomachs should not put ice cubes)
6.
When you take it out of the refrigerator and drink it, you can add your favorite fresh fruit (you can also ice it in the fruit recommendation). Drinking in summer is really great. To ensure the freshness, it is recommended to drink it within a day! (Because the heavy rain did not go out today, so I suggest that you can add your favorite fruits) The sago Q will feel better after the refrigerator is kept fresh! I hope you will like it, and I will post other delicacies to share with you later! thank!
Tips:
1. Avoid soaking sago and boiling it in cold water (the sago will be scattered); 2. Try to buy authentic Thai sago, otherwise it will affect the taste (bad sago will be bad when cooked); 3. The requirements for coconut milk are very high. Try to use Thailand's better pure coconut milk to make it delicious (coconut milk can not be used instead)
