Thai Green Sago

Pour in some green sago

Soak it with water for about two hours. This is ordinary white sago. Soak until all wet and no hard particles

Add proper amount of water to the saucepan, boil and pour the drained sago

Turn the sago at any time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot

Pour the sago into cold water and filter the sago with a strainer. This is cooked white
