Coffee Flower Buns

The required ingredients are weighed and set aside.

Yeast powder and coffee are separately stirred with a small amount of pure milk until melted.

Pour sugar and yeast into the flour.

Place the dough on the mat and divide it into 6 equal parts.

Take one portion and divide it into 5 smaller portions, group them into small balls and put them in the mold.

Sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar with a small sieve.

Preheat the oven in advance: the upper 185 degrees, the lower 175 degrees, put in the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes. Take out from the oven and sift a little powdered sugar again, let cool and enjoy the delicious!
