Today, I will make a delicious, simple, and very cool dessert-pudding. It won’t feel hot without fire, because adding coffee is refreshing.

Coffee Milk Pudding

1. Pour the coffee into a bowl and rinse with hot water,

2. Stir evenly until there are no particles,

3. Then add milk and gelatin powder and mix well,

4. Then add the caramel-flavored marshmallow and mix well,

5. Prepare the pudding mold so that it is water-free and oil-free,

6. Sift the well-stirred pudding liquid,

7. The pudding liquid after sieving is very delicate, and the pudding made by this is very tender and slippery.

8. Spoon the pudding liquid into the pudding mold, exactly four parts,

9. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until the pudding is solidified.

10. To take out the solidified pudding, just push the handle on the mold and repeat a few times to take out the pudding.

11. Put the pudding on a plate, hurry up and eat it, it will easily melt in the heat.

Tips:

Don't put too much gelatin powder, too much will not be tender enough.
