Glutinous Rice Balls

Peel tomatoes and cut into small cubes, make strong coffee, cut spinach into sections, and cut pumpkin into small pieces and steam them in a pot. The coffee needs some sugar, otherwise it will turn into bitter glutinous rice balls.

Squash is pressed into puree, spinach is squeezed, and tomatoes are squeezed. I put it in a bag, so I don’t need a cooking machine or something.

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and knead into dough respectively.

Take the right amount and pack it in jam, my blueberry sauce. Wrap up and sit back.

You can do whatever you like, and use your imagination.

Boil water in a pot and put the glutinous rice balls after the water is boiled.

Cook until the glutinous rice balls float and cook for another two or three minutes.

Tips:
1. The glutinous rice noodles for modeling should be slightly thinner so that they won't be boiled. Mine is a good example.
