Coffee Pudding

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of Grant Mocha black coffee, 180ml of milk, 8g of white sugar (according to personal tastes as appropriate), 2 eggs decoration: dark chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate biscuits. (It can be changed or not as appropriate).

Put 8 grams of sugar in the milk pan.

Then pour 180ml of milk.

Heat the milk pan to melt the sugar.

Put 1 teaspoon of Grant Mocha black coffee powder in the cup. Pour hot milk into the coffee cup, mix and cool, and set aside.

Beat 2 eggs.

Add the cooled milk coffee to the egg liquid and mix well. Strain with a strainer 4 times.

Pour the milk coffee and egg liquid into the pudding mold. Seal the pudding mold with plastic wrap, bring the steamer to a high heat, put it in the pudding cup and steam for 10-12 minutes.

After being steamed and cooled, it is ready to eat.

Put the dark chocolate in the piping bag, put it in the steaming pot and melt it with steam, then cut a small opening in the piping bag. Place a marshmallow on the surface of the cooled pudding, squeeze the chocolate sauce, and place a chocolate biscuit.
Tips:
1. Egg: coffee milk ratio is 1:2, the pudding Q produced in this way is elastic and tender, no need to use agar, gelatin tablets.
2. The egg coffee milk liquid must be filtered several times to be delicate.
3. The sugar used in the formula is not very sweet, almost slightly sweet, increase or decrease according to personal needs.
