Cold Blood Coral

Prepare all ingredients.

The blood coral is soaked in clean water for 8 hours in advance, and the water is changed 3-4 times in the middle.

Prepare the pepper and chili.

Chop garlic and set aside.

Pour water into the pot and blanch the blood coral.

Immediately take a shower in cold water.

Drain the water and add the cut tender celery.

In a separate pot, pour oil and saute the pepper and chili.

Pour the chili oil into a bowl of minced garlic and sesame seeds. Add light soy sauce and vinegar chicken essence and salt and stir to form a sauce.

Tips:
To soak blood corals, they must be soaked in cold water (warm water will dissolve blood corals). The blanching time should be fast. Immediately take a shower in cold water.
