Latte is a mixture of coffee and milk, and more milk and less coffee are the characteristics of latte coffee. It is a type of fancy coffee and a favorite breakfast drink for Italians.
Cold brew coffee is made by soaking ground coffee beans in cold water for more than 12 hours, and then extracting and filtering them through professional equipment, similar to cold brewing tea. To make cold brew coffee at home, you only need to soak the coffee bag overnight in mineral water.
Although you usually choose espresso for making latte, you can use it directly if you have cold brew coffee on hand, which is quite convenient.

Tips:

1. Be sure to choose ground coffee or coffee beans, not instant coffee powder.
2. Do not pour the coffee too hard, otherwise it will not form a layering effect.
3. If you like sweeter, you can add some concentrated sugar water. You can add more sugar to the whipped cream, and it will taste just right after mixing.
4. When sifting the cocoa powder, a piece of paper can be placed at the bottom of the cup so that it will not stain the countertop.
