To tear, please tear/cut along the gap of the coffee powder bag, and pull apart the hanging ears on both sides of the filter bag, and hang it firmly on the coffee cup, making sure that the middle of the filter bag is open.

When brewing, pour a small amount of boiling water (about 20-25 seconds soaking) and then slowly inject 120-180ml of hot water at a temperature of about 93°C.

After flavoring and waiting for the coffee to extract to the proper amount, take out the ear bag and drink it directly or add milk and sugar according to personal taste.

Tips:
The water injection process must be patient, so that the water flow is 90° to inject the coffee vertically to ensure that the water flow is uniform, slow and uninterrupted to inject the fine water flow.
