Cold Frozen Cowpeas

Thaw frozen cowpeas in cold water. (Don't put hot water, hot water will not taste good)

Cowpea cut into sections and serve on a plate

Use tahini, vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt to adjust the sauce. Stir well. The longer the stirring time, the more delicate the juice will be.
4.
Pour the mixed juice on the cowpea.
