Cold Noodles
1.
Prepare the ingredients. I use the materials available at home to mix and match at will. It’s too hot~~ I’m too lazy to go to the supermarket ^-^
2.
Remove the root and rotten leaves of parsley, wash and cut into sections. After washing the bitter gourd, remove both ends, cut in half lengthwise, and hollow out the flesh with a small spoon.
3.
Soak the sliced bitter gourd in hot salt water.
4.
Cut the pickled peppers and set aside.
5.
Cut the ham slices into long strips.
6.
In addition, boil water to make hard-boiled eggs.
7.
Add some hot water to the bitter gourd soaked water to scald the parsley. You can continue to burn the lily afterwards.
8.
Bring water to a boil, add salted water and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
9.
Pour the cooked noodles into a clean draining basket, rinse with water and ice cubes repeatedly, until the noodles are smooth and not sticky.
10.
Peel off the shell of the boiled hard-boiled egg and cut it in half.
11.
Divide the noodles in the prepared noodle bowl, pour the soup bag, and then add sliced ham, parsley, bitter gourd, boiled egg, pickled pepper, lily and Korean hot sauce.
Tips:
I used the matching soup bag this time. Dear friends are also free to play with homemade soup base. For example: apple cider vinegar + sugar + salt + MSG + a little light soy sauce
