On a hot summer day, a bowl of cold noodles can definitely stimulate your appetite and open your appetite!

1. For two people, I like to use Lei Kee Whole Egg Noodles.

2. Put the wonton noodles in a small amount of water in the pot, spread with chopsticks and cook for 3 minutes, remove and put in cold water to rinse, remove and put in a large plate, add salad oil and mix well.

3. Peel and shred cucumber, peel and shred carrots, (marinate carrots for ten minutes, rinse with salt) and cut coriander into sections.

4. Seasoning: Put grated ginger and garlic in a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cold water, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper oil, red pepper oil, and mix well for 10 minutes.

5. Serve the cold noodles with carrots, cucumbers, coriander, top with seasonings, and add chopped peanuts and black sesame seeds.

Tips:

Noodles and dried noodles are also fine. The seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
