Cold Palm Flower

Palm flowers choose this unopened bud to eat.

Peel the palm flowers and break them into small flowers by hand, wash and control water.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add palm flowers and cook for 15 minutes.

Take the palm flowers out and put them in a plate, soak them in cold water, put them in the upper part of the refrigerator, and soak them for 2 days. I soaked them for a week, changing to cold water twice.

Boil water in the pot again until it boils, add palm flowers and cook for another 15 minutes.

Then remove the cold water to control the water.

Chop garlic cloves and put them in a bowl. Add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, Knorr hot stir-fried dew and make a juice.

Tips:
Be sure to blanch the water first, and then soak in cold water for more than 2 days to reduce the bitterness.
