Cold Wakame (sea Wakame)

Soak the purchased sea seaweed in clean water for about 2 hours (you can taste the salty taste), and the purpose is to remove the salty taste.

Prepare the sauce and fill it in a small bowl

The soaked sea seaweed is cooked in a pot for 2-3 minutes. The purpose is to sterilize and then the newly bought will be harder. Cook it for a few minutes by yourself, and the taste will be affected if the time is not too long.

Drain the cooked sea seaweed and set aside

Cut into 1-2 cm pieces and put in a dry pot

Mix the prepared garlic, light soy sauce, and sugar and mix well, wait for 10 minutes to taste, and finally mix the sesame oil well and you can eat! You can mix more at a time and put in the fresh-keeping box in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Soy sauce is used to increase the flavour. You should put light salty soy sauce. If it is not too salty, you can put more sugar if you like sweet taste. You can also put less vinegar if you like sweet and sour taste.
